Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers
Japan Post has announced that, due to new U.S. government regulations ending the “de minimis” duty exemption, shipments of consumer goods to the United States will be suspended starting August 27, 2025.
As a result, we will not be able to ship consumer goods via Japan Post services (EMS, ePacket, and Sea Freight) to the U.S. from August 26 9:00AM Japan Time.
Also we will suspend FedEx FICP service.
FedEx IP, IE and DHL remain available as shipping options, but please note that these carriers may also suspend service depending on future announcements from each company.
For customers with existing orders affected by this change, our Customer Service team will contact you directly with further options.
