Changes to Our Return Policy
Effective October 1st, we will be updating our return policy. Please review the following changes carefully:
1. Partial Refund for Non-Resellable Items:
For returns due to customer reasons, if the returned item cannot be resold, we will only be able to issue a refund of 30% of the original purchase price.
2. New "Points Refund" Option:
We have introduced a "points refund" as an additional refund method.
If an order is refused or returned due to the customer's prolonged absence, and we are unable to establish contact, the refund will be provided in the form of points.
3. Reduced Inquiry Period:
The period to raise issues with an order after delivery will be reduced to 14 days from the date of receipt (previously 30 days).
This change does not affect inquiries about undelivered orders.
