Q. Does the FITT360PBα record 360-degrees?
A. This product does not support 360-degrees recordings.There will be some blind spots in the image.

Q. Is it waterproof?
A. The waterproof rating IPX4 has been acquired, so a little perspiration or light rain will not affect it.
*Daily Waterproofing is available.Avoid using the product in a wet environment and avoid direct contact with water.Be careful not to submerge in water.

Q.Is there an event recording (impact recording) function?
A. No.Press and hold the camera button to start recording, and press and hold the camera button again to end recording.Pressing the camera button once will take a picture (still image).Recording and photography can be used at the same time.

Q. How long does it take to charge a fully discharged battery?
A. When charged with a high-speed charger (9V/1.67A or higher), the device will work after 30 minutes or more of charging.In case of a slow charger (5V/2A), it may take more than 2 hours to fully charge the battery.

Q. It has been a while since I started charging the battery, but the battery is not fully charged.
A. Depending on the state of battery discharge, it may take some time to charge the battery.When charging this product, it is recommended to use a high-speed charger (9V/1.67A or higher).If you use a slow charger (5V/2A), it will take longer to charge the battery.

Q. What is the operating time and recording time after the battery is fully charged?
A. The camera can operate for about 14 hours in standby mode (when the camera is on and not recording).The maximum recording time is about 3 hours and 30 minutes.
*It may vary depending on the operating environment and the setting level of the recording function.

Q. The battery life seems short.
A. The use time may be shortened in the following cases.
・The camera is set to record at a higher resolution and frame rate than the basic settings.
・The product is stored or used in a place with extremely high or low temperature.
・The product and the application are being connected.

Q.Can I record while charging?
A. Using the camera function while charging the battery will cause the unit to overheat.For safety reasons, do not record while charging.Also, use of the battery while charging will lead to battery deterioration.

Q. Are recordings overwritten? Is it possible to turn off overwrite save in the settings?
A. FITT360PBα overwrites the oldest recorded files when the maximum storage capacity is reached.There is no setting to turn off overwrite save.

Q.How much recording can be stored in the unit?
A. This camera has 64GB of built-in memory, but since the system uses about 16GB, it can record about 46GB.

Q.Can I use an external memory card?What is the capacity of supported external memory cards?
A. Only microSD cards can be used.The maximum capacity of supported microSD cards is 128GB.
*Please do not use HUAWEI's microSD cards as they are thicker than most microSD cards and may become impossible to remove once inserted.

Q. Can I choose to save the recorded files to either the FITT360PBα's internal storage or a microSD card?
A. When you insert a microSD card, the data is automatically saved to the microSD card.If you want to store the data in the internal storage, please do not insert a microSD card.

Q. Can the LED be turned off when recording or taking pictures?
A. The Privacy Protection Law requires an external display function for photography, so it is not possible to turn it off.There are no settings to change this.

Q.Can I listen to music from my smartphone through the FITT360PBα speakers?
A. Only Android devices can be used.iPhones are not supported.

Q.Is it possible to adjust the sound of the speakers?Can they be turned off?
A. The Privacy Protection Law requires an external display function for photography, so it is not possible to turn it off.There are no settings to change this.

Q.I cannot connect the FITT360PBα to my smartphone.(Common for Android and iPhone)
A. Do you have the FITT360PB app installed?.It cannot connect with the FITT360 app.Please check the application.If there is no error in the installed application, please check the connection procedure.

Q.I connected the FITT360PBα to my PC, but it is not recognized.
A. Please check the following possible reasons for not being recognized by your PC.
・Is the device connected to the PC with the power on?
・Are you using the supplied USB-C cable to make the connection?(Cables used for other models of smartphones and other devices may not work properly.)
・Is the cable securely connected?.




Q. The power does not turn on.
A. Is it fully charged?Press the power button once briefly and check the remaining battery level with the power status indicator light.If there is no battery left, please charge the battery and check again.

Q. The power supply was turned off during use, and when I tried to use it again, it would not turn on.
A. If the power supply is turned off during use, it may be that the power supply is automatically turned off by the safety function due to heat generation.Allow the product to cool for a certain period of time before turning it on.

Q. When I was using FITT360PBα, the product became hot.Is it malfunctioning?
A. If the recording function is used at a high setting, the unit may heat up temporarily.The product may become hot depending on the operating environment, such as high temperature or direct exposure to sunlight, and the safety function may be triggered to turn off the power.It is not a malfunction. Please let it cool down for a certain period of time before turning it back on.

Q.Is there a recommended neck circumference size?
A. Minimum 31cm - Maximum 47cm.We have included several neck guides, but if they do not fit, the product cannot be used.
