The stock w800 clutch cable is just too exact that it doesn't allow any room for other accessories. They cable would become too tight and allows clutch slippage. I was too tired adjusting. I had enough so I bought the long cable instead. For the stock handle bar, the cable has to be rerouted via the other side of the frame. It works perfectly. I am happy with its operation.
It is an exchange from the W800 OEM. OEMClutch Cable compatible Handlebar Up Type (POSHTouring bar) using. Although it is not particularly troublesome, since I care about the Clutch Cable tension when cutting the Handlebar to full, I exchanged it with a Cable that I could take more time than I care. When installing, Leftfootpeg, Change Pedal, Sprocket Cover (?) Remove. By the way, Change Pedal seems to be bending things punched out from heavy boards, but the side that can be seen is beautifully finished, but the lower side is BALIetc. There was and it was pretty ugly finish. (See Photo 4)
Manual is not attached, but both Lever side and Engine side are the same shape as OEM, so you will not get lost in installation. I will put the wire grease through before installation. (See Photo 5)
I took care of the path of Cable. To say, originally 50 mm Long position is just fine, but I could not find such a thing so we arranged it a little around and arranged. The bell is smaller than expected but it doesn't really matter. I also have another biker bell from the same maker and it seems each design has different sound tones. This eagle bell tone is a tad tiny and high compared to the other one I have. Anyway a nice purchase if you're into American motorcycling culture. I was expecting a very crude finish but the actual piece looks better. I wish they could make it mirror smooth. There are some holes visible when inspect closely but given the price, I can't complain. One thing though. The extra fins make the bevel cover thicker and is more likely to touch your knee than the original cover. I haven't tested yet if the extra fins will help negate the heat against your knees. Compared to the stock seat, you sit noticeably higher which changes your riding geometry. It feels more vintage. Long riding is less comfortable though since the seat barely has any cushion. It feels more like setting on a wooden chair. Moreover, the gap behind the seat is now visible so I cover it with a bag to hide that part. I didn't fancy the look of the original bike so I had to look for an upgrade. This cover fits the bill, and is large enough to cover everything and also matches the right side cover. The chrome is thick, it's relatively heavy and solid. One of the screws was impossible to install, so I exchanged with a hex bolt instead.
