The Linkage Guard Instruction Manual states that the front end of the Linkage Guard should be installed between the skid plate and the vehicle body or on the outside of the skid plate depending on the situation. Initially, I was concerned about the front end of the Guard catching and tried to install it inside the skid plate, but with the combination of the YZ125X and these Guard made by ZETA, the Linkage Guard has a relatively flat shape and interferes strongly with the LINK, making it impossible! It was impossible. The inside mounting is so tight that even the impact of a jump landing could crack the Guard. I thought about bending it by heating it with a burner or heat gun, but the strength change by heat was unknown.
