[사용 상의 주의]
본제품은 DC12V차량용 범용품입니다.
차량의 사양과 전장품 사양에 따라 사용이 불가능한 경우가 있습니다.
사용하는 전장품의 오동작이나 고장 등은 보증할 수 없습니다..
일부, 엔진시동시에 전압등을 ECU로 감지하고 나서, 엔진이 걸리는 차량에서는, 고장이 나올 가능성이 있습니다. 확인하신 후에 사용해 주세요.
본 제품의 합계 최대전류는 20A입니다.
최대 허용 전류는 정격 7.5AX2 정격 5AX1입니다.
(권장 전류는 4.0A X 2, 2.5A X 1의 3계통입니다. 사용하시는 전장품의 최대 전류 및 사양 및 차량측의 배터리 사양을 확인하신 후 사용하시기 바랍니다. 차량의 배터리 및 발전 능력 이상의 출력은 되지 않습니다.
3, 본제품의 접속부는 CA/CB104 기보시 ( 4 . 0mm ) 를 사용하고 있습니다.
배선가공은 착실히, 배선의 피복을 향하여 기보시 단자에 전공펜치등으로 착실하게 압착해 주세요.
기보시 단자의 접속도 확실히 접속해 주세요..
* 접속에는 기보시 단자 Φ4.0 (CA/CB104) 를 사용하십시오.
본체 유닛부는 방수 사양입니다.
접속 부분에서 합선되지 않도록 설치 장소에 주의해 주십시오.
보호회로 이상의 과전류가 흐를 경우에 고장이 나는 경우가 있으므로 본 제품은 보호회로 기능 (PTC 서미스터) 의 내장되어 있습니다.
합선 시킬 경우 일시적으로 회로를 차단합니다.
쇼트나 과전류나 서지로, 본체가 전류를 차단했을 경우, 몇초간 방치하고 본체 유닛부를 차게 함으로써 회로가 회복됩니다.
쇼트 등의 원인을 파악하여 개선해 주십시오..
원인을 방치하면 화재 등이 발생할 수 있으므로 주의해 주십시오..
PTC 서미스터는 전류의 저항에 의한 열량에 의해 전류를 차단합니다.
보호회로가 작동한 경우에는 신속하게 전장품을 제거해 주십시오..
그대로 사용하면 본체를 변형시키거나 용해시킬 수 있습니다.
또, 엔진열 등으로 본체가 80도 이상이 되는 장소에 설치하지 말아 주세요.
전류가 차단되어 사용할 수 없게 되는 경우가 있습니다
엔진에 시동을 걸지 않고, 전장품을 계속 사용하면 배터리가 나가는 원인이 됩니다.
짧은 시간에 체크하거나 엔진을 켜고 사용해 주세요.
엔진 시동 전에는 전장품의 스위치를 꺼두는 것을 추천합니다.
8, 배터리가 나가거나 충전시에 부스터케이블 및 급속배터리 충전기를 사용하면 본체의 용단이나 고장이 날 수 있으므로 충전시에는 본체유닛의 배터리 접속부를 분리하여 충전하는 것이 좋습니다.
9. 본 제품을 사용하시고, 전장품을 많이 사용하시면 배터리가 소모됩니다.
겨울철 등에서 계속 방전되면 배터리가 방전되므로 평소 유지관리 및 전압관리를 실시해 주십시오.
키지마사의 배터리 검사기 전압 관리를 위한 (304-6261) 를 병용할 것을 권장합니다.
또, 리튬 이온 배터리는 사양에서 일정한 전압 이하가 되면 충전이 불충분해질 가능성이 있으므로 사양을 확인하신 후 사용해 주십시오.
설치는 테스터를 사용해서 체크작업을 하면서 작업을 해 주세요.
기기를 접속하지 않는 일자선의 기보시 단자와 철 부분이 닿으면 쇼트하기 때문에 반드시 비닐 테이프 등으로 절연 처리를 해주십시오.
12, 상기를 지킨 후에, 본체가 차단될 경우에는, 사용할 전장품을 선정하거나, 다른 장소로 전장품의 접속을 이설하여 사용하십시오..
작업중에는 반드시 메인키를 OFF로 할 것. 메인키를 ON인 채로 배선을 빼고 꽂지 말아 주세요.
쇼트 등에 의해 기기의 고장이 발생할 가능성이 있습니다.
작업중에 차체가 넘어지거나 해서 위험하므로 작업은 수평인 장소에서 차체를 안정시켜 실시할 것.

[Instructions for use]
1, This is a universal product for DC12V vehicles.
This product may not be used depending on the specifications of the vehicle or electrical components.
The malfunction or failure of the electrical components which have already used are not compensated.
In some vehicles which the ECU detects the voltage to start the engine, mulfunction will be arised.Please check before use.
2, The total maximum current of this product is 20A.
The maximum allowable current is rated 7.5A x 2 and 5A x 1.
(The recommended current is 3 systems of 4.0A x 2 and 2.5A x 1.Please confirm the maximum current and specifications of the electrical components used and the specifications of the battery in the vehicle before use.The output will not exceed the battery and power generation capacity of the vehicle.
3, The connection part of this product uses CA / CB104 crimp terminal (4.0mm).
Do wiring step by step. Peel off the coating of wires, and crimp them using the pliers and bond them to the crimp terminal.
Be sure to securely connect the crimp terminals.
*Use crimp terminal & Φ4.0 (CA / CB104) for connection.
4,The main unit is waterproof.
Please pay attention to the installation point to avoid short-circuit at the connection part.
This product is equipped with a built-in protection circuit (PTC thermistor) because it may fail when an overcurrent exceeding the protection circuit flows.
In case of short circuit, the circuit is temporarily shut down.
5. In cases that the current flow shut due to short-circuit, over-current or surge, the circuit will be recovered by cooling the unit for a few seconds.
Identify the cause of the short circuit and improve the problem.
If the cause of the problem is left unattended, it may cause a fire.
6. PTC thermistor interrupts the current by the heat quantity caused by the resistance of the current.
If the protection circuit is activated, remove the electrical components immediately.
If you use it as it is, there is a possibility that the main body will be deformed or dissolved.
Do not install the unit in a place where the temperature of the unit will rise above 80°C due to engine heat.
The current may be cut off and the device may become unusable.
7. Continued use of electrical components without starting the engine may cause the battery to run out.
Please check it for a short time or use it with the engine running.
It is recommended to switch off the electrical components before starting the engine.
8. If you use a booster cable or a quick battery charger when the battery runs out of power or when charging the battery, there is a possibility that the unit will melt or break down.
9. A lot of electrical components using with this product will cause the battery exhaution.
If the battery continues to be discharged in winter, the battery will run out, so please perform daily maintenance and voltage control.
It is recommended to use Kijima's battery checker (304-6261) for voltage control.
In addition, there is a possibility that the lithium-ion battery is insufficiently charged when the voltage drops below a certain level according to the specifications.
10, Please use a tester to check the installation.
11, Be sure to insulate the negative wire with vinyl tape, etc., as it will short-circuit if the wire and the iron part touchs each other.
12, If the main unit shuts down after observing the above, select the electrical components to be used or relocate the electrical components to another location.
13, Always turn off the main key during operation.Do not plug or unplug the wires with the main key in the ON position.
There is a possibility of equipment failure due to a short circuit.
It is dangerous if the vehicle body falls down during operation, so work on a level surface with the vehicle body stable.

본제품은 USB충전기나 블랙박스, 그립히터, 네비게이션등의 전장품을 차체에 장착하고 싶을 때에, 배터리로부터 직접 액세서리 전원을 3계통으로 꺼낼 수 있는 파워 유닛입니다.
입력측 ACC 배선을 차체측 액세서리 전원등의 차량측의 안정된 12V가 흐르는 장소에 접속하기 때문에, 메인 키 연동으로 전력 공급을 ON/OFF 전환 할 수 있기 때문에 낭비되는 전력을 소비하지 않습니다.
차체의 빈 공간에도 들어가는 콤팩트 바디 설계 (본체 사이즈 : 길이 42mmX가로 26mmX두께 32mm).
본체 유닛은 방수 사양입니다.
과전류 보호 회로 기능 (PTC 서미스터) 을 탑재하고 있기 때문에 보호회로 이상의 과전류가 흐른 경우에 고장이 나는 경우가 있으므로 합선 등을 시킬 경우 일시적으로 회로를 차단합니다.
