Purchased as Dress-up around Handlebar where rust and dirt have become conspicuous.
It will not be seen much with Handlebar,
Without Stem Cap, rust will be conspicuous unnecessarily.
We recommend you to install it simultaneously with Stem Cap.

When tightening, since Anodized will be bald, I would like protecting material like tightening.
